I was sent this today - and it certainly gave me pause to think.
I’m a “sort of vegetarian” - I eat fish and fall off the wagon and eat beef every now and then.
But these facts - which I haven’t checked but which make for compelling reading - makes me think I should get more disciplined about being vegetarian.
The author is the son of the founder of Baskin-Robbins - which of course has some irony to it.
The Facts About Eating Animal Products
